Error Console
What is the error console?
You can browse the error console in your browser's developer tools.
If there is a system error, the error will be displayed in red when you refreshing the page.
If you have any problems with the image display, such as when the image is not displayed, please send us a screenshot of the error console of your browser to help for us to investigate the cause.
How to open the error console
Google Chrome
At the top right of the browser screen, click "

" > More Tools > Developer Tools Or, you can launch it by shortcut keys
Windows :
Ctrl ＋ Shift ＋ I Mac :
⌥ + ⌘ + I 
Open
Console The messages in red here is the error screen.
The developer tools may be displayed in a separate window, on the left and right of the screen, or at the bottom of the screen.
While opening the error console, reload the page to update the error details.
