Family Auto-Removal

If you have missed broadcasts for 10 days in a row, or if you have not achieved Core Fan status at the end of the month, you will be automatically removed from the Family.

Please note that assistants can also be removed with Family Auto-Removal.

1. You have missed broadcasts for 10 consecutive days.

If you have missed broadcasts for 10 consecutive days, you will be automatically removed from the Family.

2. You are not a Core Fan at the end of the month.

You will be automatically removed from a Core Fan Family if you have not achieved Core Fan status at the end of the month.

When you create a new Family, you can select either Core Fan Family or Open Family.

You cannot undo or prevent members who have not watched a broadcast for 10 or more days from being automatically removed from either a Core Fan Family or an Open Family.
