Using Pococha to Exchange Personal Information or for Dating Purposes

Please do not exchange personal information with other Pococha users, as it may lead to problems. Posting email addresses, phone numbers, personal messaging app accounts, addresses, or any other information that could be used for direct communication is not allowed.

Please do not use Pococha for dating purposes. Posting content or engaging in conversations that involve asking for a relationship, inviting someone to go on a date, suggesting a one-on-one meeting, and giving or requesting personal information are not allowed.

Please use the app in a manner that respects the feelings of other broadcasters and viewers.

- Comments that may tell others where you are. For example, "I'll be at (specific location) at 5 o'clock today" or filming an iconic landscape that may show your location.

- Attempting to obtain personal information by using a speechreading function or voice recognition system (Siri).

- Asking for personal information. For example, "Can I have your phone number?"

- Posting your phone number, email address, address, etc. in the app.

- Asking another user to meet in person. For example, "Let's go out sometime".

- Requests to make people meet outside of the app, such as making comments to schedule a 1-on-1 meet-up or dates.

If you see any inappropriate behavior, please report it using the report function in the app.

Both broadcasters and viewers may be subject to penalties such as warnings and account feature restrictions.

Please review our Privacy Policy so you can use Pococha safely and prevent your personal information or location from being leaked or identified in ways you do not intend.

Even if you do not clearly share the name of a specific place, some information may be used as hints to know your place of work or home. For example, train routes, names of school departments, names of events, etc. may become clues.

If the furniture or layout of an apartment or condominium can be seen in the broadcast, viewers could use it to look up and find the name and location of the building.

Be careful about showing your background while broadcasting outdoors. The reflection of city scenery, buildings, schools, parks, and other recognizable landmarks may give clues to identify individuals and their locations.

If you share information about your schedule, such as "I'm going to go to___" or "I'm doing___tomorrow," people can figure out patterns in your life and use them to find you.

Please do not give information about your daily schedule on Pococha.

Sometimes, people can find someone by putting together small amounts of information, even if you think the information is not enough for them to find you. Please do not ask others for information they do not want to share.
