Deleted: New Users Bonus
The New Users Bonus refers to the Diamonds that are awarded based on the number of new users* that become Core Fans.
*A new user is any viewer with an “N” next to their name, indicating they’ve joined Pococha the previous or current month.
Broadcasters who hit Rank of B1 or higher at least once during a month are eligible for the New Users Bonus.
The following amount of Diamonds will be given depending on the number of new users that become Core Fans each month.

- Ex. 1: 5 new users become Core Fans: 200 Diamonds x 5 users = 1000 Diamonds
- Ex. 2: 22 new users become Core Fans: 200 Diamonds x 10 users + 300 Diamonds x 10 users + 400 Diamonds x 2 users = 5800 Diamonds
If a new user was a Core Fan of the same broadcaster for the previous month, they will not be counted for the current month.
- Ex.: A viewer was a Core Fan for broadcaster A in January 2022. If the viewer becomes a Core Fan for broadcaster A again in February 2022, they will not be eligible for the New Users Bonus.
- However, if the viewer was a Core Fan for broadcaster A in January 2022 and then becomes a Core Fan for broadcaster B in February 2022, the viewer will be counted as a new user Core Fan for broadcaster B for February.
Bonus Diamonds will be added to the Diamond Balance the following month.
The current number of new user Core Fans can be confirmed in the Monthly Rank Report.
The number of new user Core Fans is determined by whether or not the user is new when they become a Core Fan.
- In some rare cases, a new user may not be marked as new when they become a Core Fan but are marked later on. As such, the number of new users may differ from the number of Diamonds received.
