What to Do in Case of Violations

If violations of Terms of Service and other Pococha rules are found by Pococha's monitoring team, account feature restrictions will be applied according to the severity of the violation.

Please be sure to check the Pococha Rulebook before using the service.

Where to Find Violation Warnings
If a violation is found, a warning or notice will be sent to the following places.
If a violation is found during a broadcast, it will be displayed in the broadcast comment section.
If any violation is found in the user's comments, profile, family groups, archive videos, etc., the message will be displayed in the "Notification" section in the app.

Dealing with Violations
Violations may result in warnings, account feature restrictions, or other penalties for both broadcasters and viewers.
Repeated or malicious violations may result in the indefinite suspension of your account, even if the penalty is applied for the first time. If you are suspended indefinitely, you will not be able to reactivate or reregister for a Pococha account.

The types of penalties are as follows.

Warning During a Broadcast
You will receive a warning about your broadcast regarding the violation. If there is no possibility of improvement, the broadcast may be suspended. A broadcast that makes viewers uncomfortable will be stopped immediately.
Please note that even if it is a first offense, if the act is highly offensive, malicious, or urgent, the function may be restricted.
Note: If repeated warnings are sent, app usage restrictions may be implemented in conjunction with the warning.

Deletion of Profile and Family Profile
When violations are found in the profile such as the "username", "profile image", "description", and "links", the corresponding areas in the profile will be deleted.
In the case of malicious or repeated violations, app usage restrictions may be implemented in addition to the above.

Broadcast Suspension without Restrictions
If a user is unintentionally continuing a broadcast, or if continuing to broadcast could lead to an accident, we will suspend the broadcast to protect the user. In this case, there will be no restriction on broadcasting features. Please be careful not to do this repeatedly, so that you can continue to broadcast with ease.

Broadcast Suspension with Restrictions
A broadcast will be suspended if any violation is committed during the broadcast. When the suspension is executed, you will not be able to broadcast for a certain period of time. The period of time during which a broadcast cannot be performed is determined by the frequency and severity of the violation.
In the case of malicious or repeated violations, app usage restrictions may be implemented in addition to the above.

Comment Restrictions
If a user posts a series of comments that interfere with other conversations and restriction is applied, the user will be temporarily unable to post comments.
In the case of malicious or repeated violations, app usage restrictions may be implemented in addition to the above.

App Usage Restrictions
This restriction may be applied as a penalty for all violations. If implemented, all functions of the app will be unavailable for a certain period of time.
The period of inactivity ranges from 24 hours to an indefinite period, and the number of violations will be counted as the total number of violations, regardless of the type of violation.

App Usage Suspended Indefinitely
If your account is suspended indefinitely, you will not be able to reinstate or reregister for a Pococha account. If you reregister, your new account will be suspended indefinitely as soon as it is discovered.

When You Receive a Violation Warning
In addition to forbidding activities that are prohibited by law, we have also established our own rules to ensure that everyone can use the service safely and securely. If you are unaware of these rules, you could unintentionally violate them, so we ask that you review them before continuing to use Pococha.

Please read the Pococha Rulebook and Terms of Service again.
