Using Pococha while driving is not allowed.
Please do not watch or broadcast while driving a car, motorcycle, bicycle, or other kinds of vehicles.
This applies to both video and audio broadcasts.

Watching or broadcasting while driving is very dangerous and can cause accidents.

To prevent accidents and keep Pococha users safe, account features will be restricted without warning if we confirm that a user is watching or broadcasting while driving.
Broadcasts by passengers that could distract the driver may also result in account feature restrictions.

Please use Pococha in a safe place and do not disturb people around you while watching or broadcasting.

Examples of Prohibited Activities
- Broadcasting while driving.
- Broadcasting from the passenger seat while showing the driver, especially if the driver is participating in the broadcast.
If you see any inappropriate behavior, please report it using the report function in the app.

Dealing with Violations
Both broadcasters and viewers may be subject to penalties such as warnings and account feature restrictions.
